The following features are available:

- Voice message recording (Audio Recording option required);
- Detailed logging of incoming calls;
- Scheduling the answering service within a specified timeframe;
- Message playback from a file or text-to-speech synthesis from a text fragment;
- Interaction with the database while responding to calls - extraction and storing of caller-specific data, depending on the program settings.
Price specified is per 1 line. Automatic receiving of calls from multiple lines requires additional licenses for additional lines.
